If your order arrives with any book missing or damaged, please reach out to us immediately with your order details and photographs of the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement as per our policy guidelines. All issues must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery to ensure smooth resolution.

Delivery timelines vary based on pin code. On average, major city deliveries take 3–7 working days, and other locations may take 7–10 working days. Delivery estimates are shared during checkout. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking details to monitor its journey.

Bundling allows you to purchase 2 or more selected titles together at a special price. Bundles listed on our website will clearly mention which books are included and the final bundled price. Bundles are pre-set and cannot be customized. All bundled orders ship together in a single package.

We currently support exchanges or replacements only for damaged, defective, or incorrect books received. Refunds are permitted only under exceptional cases as per policy.
