Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• Once bundling begins, cancellation may not be possible.
• Any approved cancellation refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Note: Orders tied to school-specific booklists cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Exchange & Return Policy

School books have limited exchange eligibility.

We accept returns/exchanges only if:

Book(s) received are damaged
Incorrect class or language bundle delivered
Missing components from the bundle

Not accepted for:

• Change in class/section/language after order
• Change of school or school code
• Parent preference-based changes after delivery

Process

• Raise a request within 72 hours of delivery
• Provide clear images of issue + order ID
• Replacement will be arranged as per availability
