Shipping & Delivery Policy

We deliver book sets based on the mode chosen by the school:

Online Home Delivery

• Delivery available only for partnered schools
• Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days from successful payment
• Delivery timelines may vary by location and order volume

On-Campus Counter Sale (If enabled by school)

• Pre-bundled class-wise distribution during school-assigned dates
• Parents will be informed in advance via school communication

Traditional Bulk Supply

• Delivery and distribution is handled by school administration

Delivery Charges

• Delivery fees may apply based on location and order value
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed during checkout

Delivery Issues

If you receive:

• Missing book(s)
• Wrong class/language bundle
• Damaged items

Notify us within 72 hours of delivery with photos at support@mybookport.com.

Payment Policy

• We accept online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, wallets, net banking)
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available
• Orders are processed only after successful payment
• Failed payment = order not confirmed
